A Senior User Experience Architect is responsible for leading a team of designers, researchers, and strategist to create solutions that match customer need with business value. By facilitating meetings and working sessions with customers and the business alike I was able to create roadmaps while setting reasonable requirements within the scope of the project. Thinking above and beyond the immediate ask/deliverables a Senior Architect works with multiple stakeholders across the business to achieve our set goals at both the department and corporate level.

Senior Digital Project Manager | 900lbs of Creative

As a senior digital project manager I was responsible for taking in the detail to be the stop-gap between strategy , account management, development, strategy, and design. I created roadmaps, project timelines, and balanced budgets according to our agreed upon scope and scale. Working with department leads I managed several unique product lines at once, ultimately responsible for the outcomes of each. Maintaining, scope, scale, budget, and staffing I worked with a team of account managers to ensure our clients were getting their relationship needs met as well as the deliverables for the products themselves.

A Digital Experience Producer is responsible for end to end project success from discovery, strategy, to solutions and implementation. Leading teams of developers, designers, and content writers I lead daily standups, project shares, and project retrospectives to learn from our wins and challenges. I led discovery sessions and wrote project requirements that correlated to business OKRs. Working as both the production team lead and the account manager for projects, I worked to ensure clients were getting their needs met while managing the scope and budget of the project.

Working as an essential pillar within the Marketing Team the User Experience Manager is responsible for leading a team of designers, and copywriters to create a new eCommerce experience for both the Balfour and ArtCarved Brand, including both B2B and B2C experiences. In addition to my UX independent contributor duties I reviewed the work of the UIUX team deliverables. Implemented SMART goals across our department, conducted biannual reviews, and performance improvement plans. Additionally I worked with the Scrum Masters to successfully integrate the designers into agile ceremonies with the development team. Working as a team we established a CDN to keep our branding consistent across multiple platforms (including, but not limited to, Email Marketing, CRM, and CMS.)
